If your child will be absent from school, please email us giving a full reason, using our dedicated absence email address which is: pupilabsence@brookmead.net. Please email the school on each day of absence stating the reason.

If you are planning a leave of absence not linked to sickness, please complete and return to the office the Application for Child Leave of Absence form below:
